Will a stock 99 airbag fit into a 996 Wheel or do we have to also buy Airbag?

If you have the 3-spoke airbag, you can reuse yours. If you have a 4-spoke airbag, you would have to buy the replacement.

I would imagine that the Alcantara would match best in a gray interior, because the Alcantara itself is a medium-dark gray.

From all my research it looks like you cannot install a 997 steering wheel into a 996. The base of the wheel is different.

Thanks for alll the input. I am going to look into the 996 GT3 wheel or a swap of the wheel, shifter, and ebrake. Does anybody know how difficult it is to swap the airbag?
