Thanks for the help, Hmmm, thats not good. Was hoping for a good inde near by, any sugestions? Should I try and find someone who can go to the car for the PPI? Is this sort of inspection even possible?

I know car fax will do an inspection for about 150 with a report, but is this good enough?

Thanks, David

Fall Line does Porsche, quite nicely I may add....

Perfect Power is in Buffalo Grove.
Fischer Motorsports - don't recall where they are, but they are up north

Post this on the Chicago board and you may get some other ideas.

Loeber Porsche

You could try Loeber Porsche they are in Lincolnwood Il. I love the facility and the service department. Ask for Rich to inspect your car he knows his stuff.

Renn-art in Schaumburg does porsche work (depending what it is you are looking to do). Ask for Joe he is one of the co-owners. They're doing my suspension and tunning.

Dont go with Fall Line, they are hard to deal with and not to big on customer service. I've always found them to be a tad bit snobby, and they built my E36.

I spent 10k with them, they did an entire motor/tranny/diff swap for my car. I still call over there now and then for random parts and they are still rude, i dont understand how they run their business.
