I liked the fabspeed on my 996. Loud when hammered but very tolerable under normal driving conditions.

 

I'm not exactly sure why. I thought to mix it up a bit... I really liked my bypass pipes...the sound was really good. And now that I don't drive my car everyday, I should have just kept it! What was I thinking??

 

Oh contrare!! However, I should have kept it cause it covered up all my rattles!!

Your car looks and sounds AWESOME!!! I just say put those puppies back girl… Besides, it’s saving you quite some weight… Adding performance headers (e.g. Fabspeed, FVD, Cargraphics or Protomotive) with an ECU upgrade will add substantial power and get your exhaust sound to be a little throttier too…

i think you made the right choice for you, but the GHL/Fabspeed cans would have been a good choice too.
