My porsche rebuild pics and story...

So basically my friend ran into a tree at 90 mph. He was ok just some scratches and sore for a week or so. I bought for a steal and fixed her up. I just wanted to share my pics and story here. Thanks...

Was thinking the same thing at 90mph that car would have been a lot worse and your friend.......well. The windshield was even cracked?? But good job of putting it back together.

Car looks good... what was your total cost in repairs?

And having been in way more than my share of accidents at various speeds... That was a 20 MPH impact.

sorry guys, he told me it was at 90 and I was skeptical myself. Anyway thanks for the replys for what to add to my car.

Also it ran me about $10K to fix it back up totally so I basically got this car for under $20K.

Omarcoolguy, I don't think you looked at all the pictures. It wasn't just the hood, bumper and lights. You'll see the fender and frames are destroyed. Also that $10K included all parts, repairs, and paint work. It is actually an unbelievable price! Check the list here:

Radiators, Fan shrouds, multiple brackets, snorkle, cable holder, air ducts, front bodysection/frame, tire holder area, fender, bumper, hood, lights, windshield, condensors, condensor lines, etc... This also included removing front suspension parts and reinstalling them. Also had to reflush the whole coolant system, all parts, repairs and paint. Can't beat it!!!

I posted some more pictures
