My key does not go in so easy anymore and today when i was driving my winshield wipers were not working but when i turned the car off and turned the power on not starting it they worked fine. But now when i pull the key out my radio and dash are still on. its weird when i pull the key out the ignition turns a little clockwise?? anyone have this trouble before ???

ezeks is infamous around these parts
sounds like you may need to have your ignition replaced. It seems that the ignition switches have a limited lifespan in these cars as I replaced one in my 2000 Boxster, 2001 911, and the one in my Turbo had been replaced just before I bought it (2001). Mine were not experiencing any issues with lights/wipers, etc but they were loose and turned slightly in the housing.
