174 in my C4S, and 197 on my Raven R1 on the way to San Diego. I had more left in both.

I would think the European members have gone a lot faster than we have. There's nothing like the autobahn here and to hit speeds of 160+ on our crappy-quality US roads isn't very safe. Hitting 300 on the autobahn is very easily possible though, if you can get past the mental block

I hit 150 in rural CO. Spent a long time cruising around 100 mph. That really warps your perspective when you slow down to 70 and think traffic is crawling.
This thread always makes me want to go for a drive!!

163 with the top down. Lori was actually enjoying the speed, sun and the wind. And the sound from the Fabspeed. I'm so lucky.

Man, I really want a convertible. How nice it would be to whip down I-5 at 170+ with the top down and the music as loud as it can go...

135 in my '04 C4S Cab with the top down in TN on my way back to NY (from Houston, TX). I couldve gone faster but it was my first time driving my new (new for me) and I was just trying to get used to the speed since it was first Porsche. Needless to say, I was smiling from ear to ear the whole way back to NY!

130 in a 1989 Taurus SHO. It was my first performace car. The car would whoop on just about any other sport sedan at the time. I also had a Ford F150 lightning at about the same time. So much torque. Fuel mileage was horrible. Thank god for dual tanks.

220 km/h on german Autobahn, BMW 5 series rental. Translates to 135 mph. Then got owned by a 996 Turbo S that wooshed pass us leaving me and the other guys in the car scared sh**less. Had a german in a SL chasing us for 10 miles because we chased him out of the left lane He didn't stop chasing until it started raining (he had his top down)

Rx8- 149mph indicated. Sketchy! Car gets very light and takes forever to get there. Anything much over 125ish car get uncomfortable, fun but dangerous.

G35 4dr- 150mph indicated. Car was surprisingly comfortable.

Ford mustang gt- 145+ mph indicated. Light steering. Lost a wheel weight off a stock rim and had to back off.

Toyota tundra- 118mph indicated- hit the factory limiter.

All speed were done on the autobahn...
