Angry Nooooo not the carrera

Well i was just giving my porsche a wash with my new Australian sheep skin

mitt, when my mitt caught contact with the C in carrera and well it riped the

the end of it off. After i swore in 3 different languages i realized that this rear

badge is pretty cheap. Though the thing is its only the tip of the C so my

indy tells me with some glue it should be ok. Though i worry this will look like

crap. Should i just order a new badge from ebay?

i'm on badge #6 with #7 to be installed shortly! (put on crooked by 1mm couple times.. drove me nuts.., tried different colors..) i would not use glue as it might screw up the trunks paint (one of my painted ones did). replacement from dealer is only like $34

this last one i have the top of the C is coming off.. reason being is it is the 997 titanium color (which was not available for the 996 which had a lighter silver color or black in my car's case) the titanium color is my favorite, but due to slight differences in the curvature of the different trunk lids, the C is slightly contoured the wrong direction for my car. it lasted a year, but the adhesive has now failed and it is pulling away.

i'm going to try and heat it up and bend it i think.. i'll probably screw it up and have to buy yet another!

Hey thanks guys for all the advice. I am probably gonna go with a new carrera badge as my license plate frame says 911 on it and adding a 911 badge will be a little overkill.
