I get to pick up a 02 c4s next week. Ive never owned such a car and was very glad i came across all the great! info on this forum. I had a PIP done by Eurosport in Chicago and they appear to have done a very thorough job! checking out the car for me. I was a little concerned as it had 60k on it but the inspection didn't reveal much more then what i had anticipated after reading all the posts here. The vehicle has had a few mods done to it including the kenwood stereo one that was documented so well on this site. Anyways I will be driving it back to TN next week .. lets hope it gets there without incident.

I gotta say, i think the community here is great! I had a lot of cars over the years and never seen this much support you guys give each other. Ive owned Vetts and lots of sporty Holdens and I have to say Ive haven't been this excited since I built my first car. I think i might even turn a wrench or two on this one! The eurosport guys were great and the dealer met me half way on most of the repairs needed. Thanks for all the great posts, lots of good info on here.

Congrats on the new car! Easy to turn a wrench on these cars and there is a lot of advice to be found here. Welcome to the board!

Help. need a good service place in Nashville TN

Well made the looong drive home to TN from Chicago where I picked up the vehicle. The guys at Eurosport are great! They did the 60k service for me and fixed a few items. Id like to say I got back without issue but unfortunately when I was just 20 miles from home I go of the freeway to drop of my friend who came along and the check engine light came on. It said drive to workshop. Hmm i checked the gauges and the oil pressure looked good and temps were 180 so I drove it home and a reduced pace. I didn't notice any missing or anything different from the just driven 500 miles. Do you need a special code reader for these cars as I have a 60 buck no frills reader that does can abd obd2. Can anyone recommend a good indy in Nashville TN . Thanks for any help ..

Just did a quick search, looks like I can read the code with my scanner. I know what I will be doing tomorrow morning. Oh I should mention that it was a yellow solid symbol and not a red flashing one ? (read a post were someone asked if it was red and flashing)
