Hi all,

I just noticed yesterday a sort of high pitched whining noise that would get louder with speed. I put my windows down and it sounds like it's coming from the exterior, on the passenger side of the car. At first I thought maybe a brake is dragging, but there is no evidence of it on the discs. Perhaps something needs to be lubed? It also seems to be more noticeable in the morning, as opposed to when I drive my car home after work. Any experience or ideas on this? I drive a stock 2003 Targa.
