Saw this in the Palm Beach Post this fine sunday morning

PALM BEACH- A Palm Beach man drove his car through a sea wall and into the Atlantic Ocean (HAHAHA) about 7:00 am saturday, town police said. Kevin McGann was driving north on North County Rd near the Beach Club ( this had to be right next to Trumps Club) when his new Porsche 911 crashed through the concrete sea wall. The car fell about 10 ft before landing in chest deep water. McGann was not injured but the car was totalled. (no sh*t , ya think). Sorry no pics.

I know exactly where this happened and that sea wall is a good 24" thick w/ rebar reinforcement, he had to be flying to go thru it. How about that 10 ft free fall, yikes.

I would say sobriety hit him about the same time the Atlantic Ocean came rushing in thru his windows. Another 996 bites the dust, what a tool. I will continue to follw the story to see what turns up on him. He wouldnt be a member on here would he?

 

Probably a 997, not 996, as the article says 'new.' Although for 2005 the convertibles are still 996's.
