Formal Introduction

I have been poking around the forums for a few weeks, and figures I would ofically say hello. I purchased an '02 C4S Tip in April, and as my username implies, it gets driven every day.

With the exception of someone being kind enough to leave an aluminum ladder in the middle of an on ramp during my commute to work a month ago, I have loved every minute of driving.

I'm in Tampa and am looking forward to meeting up with local drivers, and enthusiasts, and plan to hit up some of the DE events. I'm hoping to get to Seibring in September, but things have been so crazy lately it is still up in the air.

Anyway here are a few pictures my wife took of the car the other day. The car is for the most part stock, but with 36k miles and many many hours spent in some poor souls garage, I think it looks great. Lots more photos in my album from the same shoot if anyone is interested.

Yeah the wide booty was pretty much a must have when I was shopping for the car. I test drove a few, but ultimately, the ride quality and condition of this car stole the show... The paint and interior are in excellent condition, and the ride was smoother and quieter than any of the other cars I drove. It is amazing how different each of these cars can be...

Well I guess painted bumperettes just moved up the list lol.... I am actually planning that one, I got the car detailed last week and they got wax streaks all over the black rubber. I hate that!

I am certianly looking into a suspension, not sure how drastic I want to go though. The ROW suspension would be a minimum, but I am actually looking into the PSS10 as a possibility, as I plan to at least do some DE events.

Above and beyond that, I don't think I will do much to this one. Since it is a daily driver, I don't want to get crazy.

I'd also recommend looking at KW Variant 3's. I've heard a lot of great things about them and are on my list.
