Interior completed...
Thanks.
Don from dallas custom steering wheel. Very inexpensive and great quality. Very fast turn around time also.
I went with 1/8" padded (love the grip), silver stitching with silver stripe, perf sides and solid top/bottom leather. I did the airbag along with silver crest.

Very nice. Did you have to send them your wheel and how long did you have to wait ? How hard was it to remove and reinstall the wheel ? I'd like to get mine done as well

Interior mod list? Most of the interior plastic pieces were painted/purchased silver by PO. Only thing I've added was GT3 seats from rottec group buy.
SS pedals from one of the sponsors...I can't recall who it was. Steering wheel from Don at DCSW. V1 hardwired. Ash tray delete. Rear seat delete. I'm just trying to keep it simple and break up the black interior with some silver. Interior-wise...that's about it.

Steering wheel's really easy. There is a youtube clip that I watched a couple times but basically DC neg battery
1. remove the 2 T12 or T14? bolts from behind the steering wheel. The airbag pops out after those 2 bolts are removed.
2. Remove the yellow clip from the airbag.
3. For the tiptronic, disconnect 3 connectors...you cant miss it.
4. remove the center 24mm nut half way and pull the steering wheel towards you. Remove the 24mm nut all the way and remove steering wheel.
Switch the steering wheel and do everything in reverse.
It took no longer than 30 min to switch steering wheels.
Thanks a lot for the instruction. Just pm'ed you on approx. cost of the wheel. I see that you have Rot GT3 seat as well. I was thinking about getting them. How are they holding up ? The only thing holding me back is the fact that they were not crash tested. I understand thats the reason they are not a lot more expensive. But I still cant decide if I should go with them since I do about 15 track days a year, I'd love to have them but not sure if safety would be an issue.

I think there was 2-3 lbs difference between CF so I went with FRP. Someone else is going to have to chime in regarding tracking with these seats. I use it 100% street only.
