ipd vs k&n

I heard a lot about these two componentsfor 996 3.6 , both have excellent feedback.

IPD plenum vs k & n Series 57:

As you can see both around 5500 / 5800 23 hp gain, what happens to these engines that range in speed? I think there is a change of timing, but should understand that spending $ 300 of the K & N and not the $ 1000 ipd?

Of the two components I have found many online bench tests, and in all cases declare this increase of 25 hp. but it 's possible?

On both I have read good feedback, but I'm not convinced that gift 25 hp. Does anyone have a bench test dedlla his 996 to compare?

the only way you're going to gain 23hp is if you combine the two, and its probably going to be almost entirely from the plenum.

I'm going with the plenum early next year. I'm done enough research that my head will explode , I'm not expecting anything felt like forced induction but from what I've read its good enough for me.

Quello che ho visto anche online. Cerco proprietario che abbia installato a k&n o plenum che abbia fatto il banco prova e sia testimone dell'aumento di hp.
