Anybody got their sub behind the driver seat on the floor?

I want to place my subwoofer behind my seat on the floor of the rear passenger seat.

I'm going to make a custom size box for it. I don't like the sub in the very back it's too expose.

Any pics thanks!

You must be about five feet tall or thereabouts? You need a certain box volume to drive a certain size woofer, the height of which will most certainly mean you won't be able to move the seat back. Good luck. Can you post some pics when you are done?

I made this one for behind the back seats. I wanted to maintain full use of the rear seats if I ever need them. I put in 2 x 6 inch subs that only required 0.15 cu ft. They sound great! The windows are tinted so you can't see the box unless you are really looking for it.

I'm not looking for fancy looking sub box. Just regular box that isn't too expose when you look in the car. Behind the seat would be a good idea.

The car is gonna be street/track so I can't build it in. It has to be removable by unhooking the speaker wires easily.

12" sub. Fold down the seat and unclip the wires from the terminal cup. Easy out, easy in.
