Advice on wheel size for lowered 99 996 C2
Thanks...
Here is a picture of my 2002 Carrera with the ROW030 lowered suspension and GT3 Wheels powder coated black. Plenty of room for lowering still and no need for rolling front or rear fenders. Note to what is rolling fenders? There is a tool you can bolt to the wheel and roll the inside lip of your fender so it does not cut your tire. You will notice the GT3 comes with the front fender already rolled.
GT3 Wheels are Fronts 8.5X18 ET40 Rears 11X18 ET63 and tire sizes I run are 245/40/18 and 295/30/18
Also, my Stock H track car is very low. I did roll the fronts but not the rear fenders. Needless to say the negative camber is much more severe on that car. CCW wheels using the exact same size and offset of the GT3 wheels

Im running a 19x11 with a 63offset. I only had to roll the very back side o my fender..... easy fix.
As Strat10 shows issues with rubbing and having the need to cut the fender is because the offset is too low. The lower the number the farther out the wheel will sit. Move that same wheel to a 63 and it will tuck nicely.

Do you have the size and offset of the CCWs? Thanks.
