A buddy of mine joined the 9-11 foundation which is a foundation for families who have lost someone working for the CHP. If you join, it is something like 2 g's and you recieve a badge and a liscense plate frame. He claims this will get him out of almost any CHP ticket. Any expieriences with the plate?

Also can an admin. change it so I can respond to post?

 

try using the search tool - this has been covered a few times before, sometimes the plate helps, othertimes it doesn't...no guarantees

 

BULL****.. DOnt guarantee u ****, it may help but there is no guarantee....

 

a few friends have it. there is no aboslute guarantee. but they felt that if you get out of just 2 tickets per year, it's worth it!! i am not sure!

 

3 CHP officers, 3 different answers.

1. stay on your lane, not too much traffic I will not ticket you.

2. weave in and out of traffic at high speed, you will get a ticket.

3. we do not ticket 11-99 members

I guess it all depends on the CHP officer, how his /her day is doing. A bad mood officer can most likely get you a ticket.

Agreed. If you're joining to not get any tickets, you're joining for the wrong reason.
