side mirrors

Does anyone know if the 997 side mirrors will fit the 996. I'd love to do this change

My guess is they would since 997 is a facelifted 996
I actually dont like the hole in the arm on the 997 mirrors

My dealer says it is not a direct fit, however, it could be done. He recommended waiting and believes there will eventually be a kit to do this mod. I don't want to wait! I may have to be the pioneer. If so, I'll let you know.

I was thinking about 993 mirrors on my 997 cause like Msindi I am not really feelin' the mirrors too tough either.........Maybe soembody will P-shop these for us.................Buehler?!?!
