Meguiars scratch x20

Just tried this stuff and it really got rid of most all surface scratches. Looks like i had a clay job done. $10 goes on easy, just thought I'd let you guys know. Curious if you have same results.

I've used it before with mixed results -- it helped with some of the superficial stuff on my Pcar, but not as good as some true rubbing compounds I have used in the past on previous cars.

I've been using it for years. Nothing better for car finishes, buffing guitars... many uses. Great stuff.

Nice compound that is clear coat safe. Best in removing scuff but I would prefer clay for contamination

It's not bad for hand polishing. It will never, ever match a random orbital polisher, but it's good for light scratches.

you know clay has no effect on scratches at all ? it purely removes dirt/contminants, thats all, its a good idea to clay the car before doing anything else like polishing or waxing etc

I use a clay bar on my car on a fairly regular basis - a few times per year. I'm always amazed at how much stuff it picks up...

Its very good at removing paint swirl, I give the car a once over by hand twice a year with this stuff and it removes the micro swirls from washing nicely. It is a very impressive product, but only useful as a last step in a polishing program (pre glaze and wax), or as part of regular paint maintenance. If you have paint damage, its not the product to start with. ALso, in my experience, doesn't like rotary polishers much. I don't use a DA, but it might work better with one.
