I have a 2003 Targa Carrera. This is the glass sliding roof. I think one of my motor's circuit board that drive the roof up and down is malfunctioning. I think this because when I first bought the car 3 years ago the dealer replaced it free of charge. The same problem has occurred now and the symtoms are the same, the roof will only open 2 inchs and stop. If does close though. I am only basing my diagnosis on the previous situation. The motors are $550 each. Before I replace the one that wasn't replaced 3 years ago I need to confirm that it is the circuit board. The motor is fine because I by-pass the ciruit board and the motor spins. If it is the motor/circuit board can some one tell me where to buy this item. I would like to get one that is not sooo expensive.
