plasti dipped mine 2 months ago. matte red. no top coat or anything. i wanted to see how long it would last without a top coat. use only 2 gallons. i'll redo it better next time. i was hasty and didn't let it dry long enough before i painted.

op, when you plastidipped your 996tt, did you do anything to cover/stuff the slats on the rear decklid? Thanks!

I would be curious to find out long term updates on either car that's been dipped. I know Porsche's paint is relatively soft.
