2 Targas in the US?

I hate to burst Joe's bubble but I saw a white Targa tonight on the 57N. Areokit I with a wing. Looked nice and the guy could drive. He entered the 57 pretty hard and took off from there.
Any chance he's lurking?

Here in Canada I see them everywhere. I guess they are perfect for our weather.

The targa is great alternative to wind in the hair motoring. When the glass top is closed, you still feel part of the outside world. I sure miss mine alot.

I think he might mean only 996 targas. 964 targas are everywhere, I dunno about 993 targas though.

targa is pointless IMO...heavy for nothing....sunroof is just fine...
Nnow the old targas where a section comes off are a different story - the jumbo glass roof just doesnt do it for me...
P.S. rear visibility when glass roof open blows!

Who asked you for your negative opinion?

I like my Targa and that's enough. If I was going to push my car to a limit where my "roof weight" was a factor then maybe I would get something else.
