I also ordered off the website on Monday and have yet to receive a confirmation of shipment e-mail or the product. I'm going to give them a call on Monday.

 

I hate to say it, but I am also still waiting. Order placed 7/24.
Is this a legit company overwhelmed by orders for a good product, or a scam?

 

I ordered some last week, and sent them an email asking for status. They said their bottle supplier was running a week late, but they expected to ship mine yesterday.

 

I think that they may be backordered. this is a legit business.

 

I ordered mine on 7/21/03 (see my previous post in this thread) and got it very quickly. However, I called in my order. I'm still not completely comfortable placing orders on the internet with a company I haven't heard of before.

Just got my confirmation email and it's on its way. I was also told that they had a shortage of bottles which delayed shipping.

Got mine in the mail today. Polished my exhaust tips with P21S polish, then applied RejeX. Tips look great--I'll let you know how it works keeping them looking great.
