OK upon further review, I read the bottle and website and it says

"RejeX is not meant to be used on porous surfaces, highly oxidized painted surfaces, or to fill fine scratches."

I applied RejeX to most of the car, will it damage the paint?

I'm pretty sure it's OK. When I ordered this stuff over the phone, I told the woman that I was using it on car wheels to prevent brake dust buildup. The woman also recomended it for painted surfaces.

I also aksed her if the long wait period was necessary. She said it definitely was. The long wait period is actually the reason I havent applied it yet. I have a hard time finding 12 hrs (besides 12 hrs at work) when I don't drive my car. I'm serious.

Letting RejeX setup is critical

Don't put it on until you have sometime to let the car sit overnight. Ifn ot you risk getting gunk embedded in the coating.

I have applied it to my hood and rocker panels with no adverse effect. However my paint is is pristine condition.

Sounds like you need to schedule a saturday afternoon and evening to stay home and work on this.

OK, Just wanted to say RejeX works GREAT! I took a 180mile drive today/tonight, 1/2 of that on HWY 1 along the coast. ONLY ONE BUG ON THE BUMPER AND ENTIRE FRONT OF THE CAR! and just a few on the windshield. Normally the car would have a lot of bugs.

I had two coats of RejeX applied on the Entire car.

I love this stuff.

I applied it to my E55 stainless exhaust tips and the windshield. Tips look great after a few washings, but the most impressive part is the windshield. After driving for a week, only 1 bug splat was on the windshield. Normally, there would be at least 10. Same results second week. So far I like this stuff alot. Wonder how long it will last before another application is needed.

Question

I just put on 3 coats of Zaino's polish and I wonder if Rejex will react with the chemicals in Zanio's? Don't want to damage the clear coat with a chemical reaction.

DO NOT USE IT ON ALUMINUM PEDALS!!!
I used it on my RUFs and it left them kind of hazy...
I'm just hoping it will wear off with time.
