Silverfizz what struts are you using? I have Billstein HDs and was thinking of going with the H&R springs.

I am using the oem ones, but since the car will be hitting the tracks next year I am thinking of upgrading to Bilstein when the oem ones are done.

I dont Think you have a problem using HR with Bilsteins.

Do you feel a lot of diffrence vs oem?

They were on the car when I bought it, so not sure of the difference. They are supposed to be a bit stiffer.

You should be happy with the PSS9's I have them on my 02 Targa and like them a lot. Show us a pic with the Ducktail, Interested in seeing how that looks.

So after having the PSS9's for a little over a month in the car here is my little review thus far. Getting the PSS9's installed wasn't bad at all, took 3 of us with a lift about 7 hours, we had never done suspension at all so pretty sure we could do it in half the time. Biggest issues I ran into was not tightening the front strut nuts down (special tool needed but very easy to make one) which caused the fronts to clunk loudly over any road imperfections. Once fixed it was great. Other issues due to a prior not at fault accident in the rear made it where my camber in the rear is -2.0 L and -2.7 R, Along with that the PSS9's tripped a PSM and ABS failure. Still sorting that stuff out.

Now the ride is exactly what I was hoping for, its very tight and doesnt bounce much over bumps. Turns have eliminated most of the body roll and it now feels very sturdy going into turns. The transitions in turns are also smooth. The coilovers have transformed the handling of the car to exactly what I wanted in the first place. Ride height is obvious- its lowered and looks as good as it handles now.

I like the new stance.

I had no idea that PSS9s would turn your wheels orange!

Which front nuts are you talking about? I bought a car with pss9 already and it clunks over bumps at low speeds and want to check mine out.

Coilovers clunking at low speeds is not uncommon, especially if you have spherical bearings or aftermarket strut mounts.
