Jackson Wyoming to Red lodge Montana via Yellowstone and the chief joseph highway - drives like this is why I like my cab, you take in the whole view.
This drive is about 250 miles and it is stunning the whole way

I have driven that from L.A. To Seattle across Idaho and down through the Tetons to Denver. Great scenic area.

Just pick your preference. Beaches or mountains. Unless you split your time, like I do, you can't have both.
