Odd noise

Hi all, my 911 has 776xx miles now, changed the oil and filter 17xx miles ago (last month, yes July) anyways Sat I washed it and went for a spirited drive after. When I got home I heard this high pitched squeal/ kind of the noise my swaybar makes with the tie ends.

I'm thinking this noise in the video is a pully? or something, about 3 min into it I put the phone in my pocket thinking it is off, but I do rev the engine a bit and the squeal stops about 2k rpms. Any insite is helpful.
