what he said, I been there done that... OEM Pads work the best or if you want slight upgrade and can deal with Noise then get Pagid Sport Pads

Replaced, they cannot be machined. They are designed to wear together but in some cases you can get 2 sets of pads before you have to replace, especially rears.

Note: most performance pads should be properly bedded to old rotors. Most dealers will simply install for you and then park car outside for you to collect later, skipping the bedding stage. You will not have full braking power until rotor and pad are mated with heat. Find your preferred clear/safe parking lot or deserted road and run up to 60 mph and run a series of increasingly forceful and repetitive braking cycles. Be especially careful if it's nighttime or if it is below freezing where you are when you do this and give yourself lots of space for brake fade when first starting out. Do 5-6 cycles and let things cool down. Don't over do it, or you can warp your rotors.

We have had very good luck with Akebono Euro Ceramic pads. Very low dust, and stopping power is OEM equivalent or a bit better.
