I'll just make this post the master list and go back and edit it when necessary to add more people or their SC numbers.

looks like my crank case breather/oil accumulation problem was due to over filling. just came back from 3 days at the track and the catch can hardly filled. the engine oil level is at 2 bars below full on the electronic oil gauge and didn't have any oil pressure issues.

I'm number 19. I have had no oil leak and just get a small amount in the intake tube that I notice when I clean the air filter. I just wipe it clean and move on. Will

My SC is #64 direct from EVO

On another note, has anyone installed the headers (or any other headers) that EVO is selling and said they are compatabile with the SC? I am interested in getting a little more power if possible. I spoke with Todd and he said about 20 HP and 25TQ gain. I think he said there should also be some additional throtIe response. I am wondering if I will notice the difference? I am also worried about future check engine lights but Todd claims the headers won't cause any additional issues.

My unit is #002.

Any imrpovement of the exhaust flow in a boosted engine will improve throttle response as well as high end performance. The headers are the least restrictive of componants on the Porsche and you would gain the same or more flow by modifying the other componants, such as mufflers. If you are running a 3.4 engine, throw on some 3.6S mufflers and you'll notice immediate improvement. Or install a bypass pipe on the mufflers.

are they talking about their headers or the suncoast headers? i know they were testing the suncoast headers and discussing distribution with them.

if they are the suncoast headers, like luis said, check out my thread. they made quite a bit of power from the midrange up, with some loss on the bottom. i'm pleased with them, however be prepared for a total change in the sound of your car.

Chris, I have a constant CEL and don't even reset it anymore because it takes a while for the computer to recognize the LWF so it dies on stopping. Then the CEL comes on again in about 400 m. Todd says it is the altitude but it is a PIA. I had FVD headers and Cargraphic exhaust when the SC was installed so I don't have anyway of knowing any differance. I had my dyno in Az at 411 but that was before I cleaned out my intercooler that was plugged up. Todd guessed I would make about 425 with the intercooler working but that was just a guess. Will

Steve, I recently added the EVO (Suncoast) headers and 100 cell cats. When I dynoed the car at EVO right after SC install, I got 416 HP at the wheels. I will be dynoing in the very near future (maybe this week) to assess the effect of the headers/cats. I will post the results here.

I can tell you I feel a differnce and throttle response is improved. The car sounds *****in.

Thaks for the info on the headers. My car is a 2003 (3.6L) with sports exhaust. If the sound changes with the headers, hopefully it is improved? Is it louder?

Captain Tal, are you sure the EVO headers are the Suncoast ones? If so did you get them at a better rate then EVO's? Please let me know how it Dyno's. I would be interested in a little more torque if anything. I really love the supercharger, but the power is so linear that you don't get that same crazy feeling like the Turbo's.

Steve:

Just find my thread on the suncoast headers. It has before and after dyno runs on my supercharged car. You can see how the headers work. It is my understanding that EVO is now marketing the suncoast headers. The car is going to get 20% louder and much raspier.
