I have a 2003 Carrera which I had the misfortune of putting it into a light pole . I had just put a new transmission in it 3 days prior to the accident . I was thinking of take the engine and transmission out of it and putting it into another vehicle that has higher miles , (the engine only has 63000kms)or bad engine in it and swapping it out . What years are compatible with each other that will make the switch easy?? Thanks for your help.

 

US model years 2002-2004 C2 and C4S. Some 996 C4S also were made for 2005 as well. Good Luck
