Wire harness near MAF sensor harness. What does it go to?

Wire harness near MAF sensor harness. What does it go to?
Ok... wire connection question number 2!
This connection seems to be free-floating in my engine bay. It comes from the right side (passenger side) next to the MAF sensor connection. I can't seem to find where this connection plugs into. A photo is worth a thousands words (I think).
