It could be the lighting, as mine are in bright sunlight and those are cloudy. I think that picture has been around for a while, so I think that might rule out Atlas Grey (I think it came out in '04). I guess it could be slate grey, but I really believe it's seal grey.

Here's a few more pictures, some of the same car if you believe the plate

It's actually Atlas Grey - (the color of the C4S Cab I've got on order). The pictures were originally posted on a web site that identified them as Atlas Grey....

Definitely not Atlas Grey. If any of you have actually seen Atlas Grey in person, you would know this isn't it.

Atlas Grey looks like this

Definitely Seal Grey. Cars with this colour are very much like chamelions, they can go from very dark to very light depending on the enviroment.

Oops....

jmac, I hope you won't be too disappointed when your car arrives !!! Atlas is very nice but it is a heck of a lot darker than those internet pictures may have lead you to believe.

I went down to the dealer today and to further mix up the "dark grey" color variety...I saw a Cayenne that looked like Seal Grey, but was called Titanium Metallic. It looked a little lighter than Seal when I compared a Seal 996TT next to it. I doubt it's the color of the C4S above but thought I'd mention it...Anyone know how TM compares to SG or AG?

Actually, I have already seen Atlas in person, and I love it. You're right, it's very dark, but it also appears quite different in different lighting and the lighting in many of the pictures above is quite varied (especially the darker ones). I'm also not convinced that all of the pics are of the same car, but nonetheless, they're great shots of great cars!
