Hey guys...I am new to all of this. I am trying to figure out the color of my car. Also when I bought some new mats the other day from the dealer they told me I needed (light) grey (cant remember the exact name they gave me) but it is not an exact match. It doesnt really bug me but eventually I want to swap out my steering wheel (which matches my interior) and I was wondering also if most of you guys went with a black one when you swaped your wheel. I want to eventually go the route of the 3 spoke wheel.
But I figure I would start with at least knowing the exterior color first. It is mostly charcoal grey but it has a slight purple tint to it. Its a 99 if that helps. Or is there a place online that the VIN would tell me?

Vesuvio Metallic .............. BTW look in the trunk on the drivers side under the carpet over the wheel well take the fastener out and there will be a plate with your color and code on it.

Graphite Grey For your mats I am asuming without looking at pictures of the inerior.

DAMN...ur good. I looked there and sure enough thats the color! Now that sounds better than...Grey with a touch of purple..(when people ask) haha

Under your front hood, on the white sticker your paint code is listed in bold beginning with the letter L.

Check that code.
