Opinions please- between these two wheels

Folks,

I am interested in changing the wheels on my car (02-996-cab). I have narrowed it down to two wheels which are very similar. Because they are so similar, I am interested in opinions not only about the wheels, but between the two wheel companies as well, Kinesis and HRE. Does anyone have opinions on quality, durability and any customer service experience.

The two wheels ae the Kinesis K19R and the HRE 543R. Both are 19's.

Opinions please.

Kinesis for sure! They stand behind their quality and have at least some motorsport background as opposed to HRE's which are just show wheels.

Go with either...they look almost the same....FYI there were some issues with HRE's cracking on the tracks...Kinesis doesnt seem to have that problem.

thanks

Thanks for the comments. I was leaning towards the Kinesis already so your opinions were well recieved.

Newport996- I see you have 19's on your car. Care to share your opinion on the change in ride quality going form 18's to 19's. My car has the ROW sport suspension so not quite as low as yours.

To be honest...my ride got better with the 19's....I think its because I acually have a little more sidewall on the rears...I also have PSS9's and its set pretty soft...With the ROW suspension, I would guess your ride would be more harsh than mine, but not too much more than it is on 18's.

Kinesis for "Go" (quality wheels)

HRE for "Show" (many reported track failures)

To be honest I'm more of a HRE fan but between those 2 wheels, IMO the Kinesis look better...

These are the F110 I use to have on my C4. I like the K19R too.

I have the same Kinesis on my 996C2 and I am more than pleased with them. They look good and work well on the track with no issues.

I have the HRE's on my Turbo...and as much as I LOVE the way they look, they are far too delicate and I probably wouldn't go this route again.

Ride quality is marginally measured at best btw 18" to 19".

I had a great experience dealing with Ben at Wheels Boutique, but I have heard exceptional things about Wheel Enhancement as well. I haven't had to send anything back to know how it is handled btw HRE or Kenisis. Best of luck.
