give John or Dave a shout, they should be able to help.
re: install, it's fairly straightforward. most of the board members seem to do it themselves. there are very detailed instructions for the install. the only thing that you must do (not on instructions) is MARK THE SHIFT CABLES (where they lie in the threaded plastic sleave) PRIOR TO REMOVING THEM. what we mean is that all you have to do is either count the number of thread spaces there are OR mark the end of the cable with a piece of masking tape (right up against the plastic housing) so that when you put the cables back in they will be of the same length/distance from orig. the other is the part of removing the bushing clips with an utility knife. forget that idea. use a very small screwdriver and a soft hammer to break them off.
i live here in pasadena, i could always help you with the install if you decide to do it yourself. the job shouldn't take more than 1hr 15min
ck http://www.renntech.org there is lots of info there if you do a search on B&M.
take care
Oalvarez,
Thank you very much for the 411, it sounds pretty straight forward. I truly appreciate your help. I may take you up on your offer? Pasadena, we should definitely get together, a good friend of mine owns a restaurant in Altadena, called "BIG MAMMA'S" (great ribs) Maybe here in the near future, we can grab a bite, my treat... I will send you a pm with my contact information. PS. If you need a solid install shop, let me know, there is a place in the valley my friend owns, they do top notch work...
Thanks again
