Selling my 04 C4S. I have it on Autotrader and Craigslist at $64K. Priced right? Any other recommended sales outlets?

 

put it on ebay and lots of forums.

I'd just be patient. I would imagine it would be a bit harder to sell a '04 C4S because the price on the newest 996s is so close to the price for the older 996 Turbos. A lot of guys scouring the used 996 markets would jump at the older Turbos.

 

Yea, good call. C4S is a great car, but not many people are willing to pay the extra price.

 

yeah, I just started looking for cars in the $60k range and for me it's a decision of whether to get an 05 997, which can be had in non-S trim for 60-65k or a 996 turbo for mid to high 60s. Nothing against your car or anything though I'm sure it's very nice.

 

Very good points. I think the decreasing price of 996 turbos is hurting the resale of other 996 models. It is hard for most people to pony up an amount of money when for a little bit more you can have the top of the range 996 (Gt series excluded).

 

Hey P, I've been trying to sell my C4S for a while now off and on. I got it priced at 55k with lots of mod... and no takers yet. Granted it's a 02' . Hang in there..
