as far as seats go, Recaro, the Brides just do not flow with the car. Maybe it is because all you see Bride seats in are JDM type cars, but that is just me.

Are you going to be showing the car? I forget where do you live?
Actually one of the reasons I don't want to paint it yellow is because of your car. I love your car and wouldnt want it to be thought of as copying you.

I would do silver but I am afriad that its not going to be attention grabbing for a show car. Lighting at shows sucks especially Hot Import Nights.

I will be showing it in Orlando so we are on opposite sides of the country.

I am going to be leaving for the body shop in about an hour. Hopefully there will be some progress and pictures to show.

I love White, once agian just worried about it "poping" at shows and in magazines.

Well the actually made some real progress on the car. The driver rear flare is all done with the fender trimmed and all. They test fitted the front and its all looking good.

I forgot my camera so no pics tonight. I will get some tomorrow.

I think I am 90% on a House of Kolor Candy Apple Red over a silver base. It looked really nice in the book. Ive already seen the color in person on the car I buily for SEMA.

Paint by the end of next week hopefully...

Heres a little update. I actually had my camera today when i went into the shop today. Here are some pictures of the progress and the paint swatches Im deciding between. Im doing the red, its just too pretty.

You can see where the front needs to be extended.

This shows how the front will need to be modifed.

Shows how they trimmed the rear fender and rolled it. Still needs to be finshed.

Stance from the rear. The tips will need to be changed or adjusted.

View of the back showing the wing. What do you think about filling the brake light above the engine lid? Looks funny with one on the wing and on the car to me.

Picture of the front all ripped up. The vents and ducts need to come out to fit the TA-Style ones. The front Support has to come out also.

The rear wheel

Here are the swatches Its going to be medium one. Not the light or the dark but somewhere inbetween.

that front end will look good. Heck alot easier to work with the fenders you got compared to the ones that I have! That car will look sick. I think the red will be a great color!
3rd brake light, I would say fill it. get rid of it!!

are your body panels fiberglass?

Yeah I think filling it will be best. It looks funny with two 3rd brake lights.

The panels are all fiberglass. I decided that the kevlar was not needed. I am really happy with the fit and finish of all the products I got. The hood of course is carbon fiber along with the wing blade on the GT2 wing. I also have the carbon lip to go on the front along with carbon mirror covers.

I think the combo of the wide rear and front fenders but with the TA style front and the GT2 wing should give it a look of a cup car that was made for the street. At least thats the idea.

Heres the latest update on the car. They keep making pretty steady progress. They are hoping to have eveything buttoned up by the end of the week or begining of next week and ready to paint.

Here is a good shot of the suspension and stainless steel brake lines.

Here is another shot showing the suspension. It also shows the crapy job I did trying to DIY my Brake caliper paint job. I am going to have the shop redo it. Do you guys think yellow look ok with the red paint behing the black rims.

Here is a shot with them pulling off the bumper support and the stock vents to make room for the vents from the front bumper.

Heres another shot of the front from another angle.

Here is shot with the vents put into the front bumper.

Heres another closeup of the vents mocked into the bumper.
