I'm looking for a set of Tequipment or equivalent tips for my 99-01 996 C2. What options are available for the same look from different manufacturers?

I am getting a sport exhaust from a friend of mine installed next week off of his '02 C4 Cab. He will have an extra set since I will transfer my existing pair to the new exhaust cans. PM me if you are interested and I will make the connection.

Just a note. The tips from an 02 probalby won't work on a 99-01, different configuration of the rear bumper/tail pipe. I got a PSE off a newer car and had to use the tailpipes from my 00 to make them work, sold the ones from the newer car as they did not fit.

 

Ahh yes, you are absolutely correct! I forgot about that, some of the body panels (bumber included) changed for the 2002 "facelift". So they may not work... Sorry...

 

FYI, I installed a set from Fabspeed on my 99. They are the same as OEM. Great quality fit and finish. You should look into it if interested.

 

Sorry I haven't gotten back to anybody. I'm still looking. I have some from an 02 already and they seem to be too long.

I'll keep my eyes out there.

The Dansk sport tailpipes are really nice and are around $289/pair. They're OEM quality. I purchased the "quad tip" look for an extra $30.

I got tips from a 02-04 car... they fit on a '00, they just stick out a little more.
