Performance Products lets me down.

Here is a recap of my situation:
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...&threadid=8436

I spoke to them today and they said that they were sending me a UPS return label for the return shipment. When I inquired about when the correct set will be sent, they "could not give me a date." I had spoken to Bilstein directly last week and they told me they had PSS9's for my car in stock but since I bought them from Perf. Prod., I had to deal with them. After prodding Perf. Prod. with more questions, I later learn that they will not ship the replacement set until they received the set I had. They wouldn't budge on this so I asked for a refund instead. Bummer, I was hoping to have the new suspenders for a track event at the end of the month.

I emailed Gert to see if I could still get in on the group buy.

Performance products shipping charges are way high, they were
going to charge me $21.00 and change to ship a less than 1lb.
box from Van nuys Ca. to Corona Ca. (about a 45 min. drive),
I ordered the same part from Mid America (Tweeks) for the same shipping charge $21.00, and it had to come all the way from the mid west. Also I have had great service from AJ-USA in San Diego, (free shipping on online orders) at least the first one.

U too huh........I ordered PSS9's online for $1695, I provided them with my credit card and got an invioce. The next day I got an email saying that they didn't have anymore and that they could no longer honor the price, despite my invioce. I am presently considering my options at this point as it appears to me to be a "bait and switch." I also went online the following day and they still advertised them but for $2895.

Larry... Find a good Lawyer and go after them! I hate that company... this is not the first time I heard this. Didn't they accept your purchase by completing the intial part of the transaction?

when i first got my car, i purchased H&R coilovers, PSS-9's, H&R sway bars, Carbon fiber hood and have returned each and every product because they were overpriced and/or didn't fit good.
