Darren, Its great I did the PDE back in May 2001, that skidpad is so amazing, the instructers have you drive the car with the PSM on and then take it off and tell you to control the car, great stuff.

 

Been planning on signing up for PDE a while. Thoose pictures really motivate me to do it soon.

 

are there any pde's in the tri state area ? Maybe we could do a 6speed discount trip to one of them if we have enough guys? Atlanta?

Darren , Yes Atlanta was the one that I attended.

 

PDE is now exclusively at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. Spectacular facility, all brand new, track is as smooth as a gravy sandwich. As it is not overly long at 2.3 miles, is technical rather than fast, with some very demanding sections. A great place to learn high performance driving. Check out a lap at spped at www.porschedriving.com. I'm going back next year.

check out the e-Wear av-30 by panasonic. It fits in the palm of your hand. You can check it out in the latest Tomb Raider movie. Just make sure you buy also a 256MB SD card because that's what you use instead of tape.
