Let me introduce myself.

My name is Paul and I returned in April from a one year activation to the Middle East which was tax free. I have had a dream of owning a Porsche since high school and in July, it finally came true. I used the money I saved from over seas and looked for my dream car. I bought a 2001 911 C with 20,500 miles on it and was such a creampuff that it didn’t even have a scratch in it.

Here are some pictures of her.

After looking at the forums, I see that mine is pretty tame compared to most of you that have aero kits and wings but I still love her. I actually look for reasons todrive it.

I am not new to forums since I also own a 1970 Mach 1 Mustang (that I bought in HS) in primo condition and a 2004 Suzuki Hayabusa. I used to think that the Suzuki was the most fun but now it just sits. LOL.

Any ways, I am looking forward to learning much here and getting to know you all.

Best regards,

Paul

and for fun, my bike.

Welcome Paul
1- Tubi Exhaust - Once you drive your car with the Tubi sound you wonder what you were waiting for.
2- Some nice wheels - HRE, iforged, Techart - make your car unique and you can find them here for a good price
3- Side skirts
Then you can start the mechanical Mods
GL and welcome

WELCOME! I recently sold my Ducati because everytime I would go hit the canyons, I'd take the Porsche instead of the Duc. You'll find your busa will sit more and more over time now that you own a Porsche.

Also thanks for your service in the middle east!

I am glad you made it back safely.

There are definitely many helpful folks on this board. Your chances of getting your question answered here are very good. I would use Suncoast Porsche for your OEM part needs and Misha for your wing needs.

Glad to have you on board and safely home. Quick question, does your rear wing still go up with that aftermarket piece? If it does, can you take a pic with it up? Wondering what that would look like.

Yes the wing still goes up with it. I get a lot of compliments on it. I think I have some pictures of it up but will have to check. If not, I will take some.
