yup in vancouver. I hear the suspension on the 997tt is really rough that you feel beat after driving it for an hour or so. any truth to this?

i can 100 % recommend it!! Only in Sport Mode it´s quite rough, normal mode is more an merc SL than a 996. I´ve done over 9.000km in around 3 months with long trips included and you´ll ever get out with a smile!!

Nope, surprisingly compliant ride. My e46 M3 was way harsher.

Perfect as a DD

I use mine as a daily driver.
6K miles in 10 months and no complains whatsoever.

The TT is the only supercar daily driver on the planet! Especially if you have kids.

What will your principle think? Do you still get in trouble at school because your cars are so cool?

I'd use mine as daily driver if it wasn't for 3 boys or frequent travel (train/airport) .. notwithstanding that fact - I drive it as much as I can - 3k miles in 7 months

The 997TT is the single best all weather daily driver, bar none. No other car can out drive, handle, or accelerate the 997TT in every weather condition. With a back seat, and a trunk, it is THE daily driver.

TT Daily Driver

Definitely a daily driver for me (about 45 miles a day). I probably won't put snow tires on it.. that's what the MDX is for but it's very comfortable. In fact, just this past weekend I packed the wife and 2 kids (ages 2 and 5) and a little luggage and drove the TT from CT to Vermont and back... very comfortable and quite a bit of fun (there are some great stretches on rt 7).
