actually, might not be a bad deal though if this is being sold as a bumper so someone can buy and make copies for mass production? i wonder when porsche will sell the real bumper? didnt someone already get this for their RUF cab?
If you look at their other auctions they have another one up for 2799 and a rear gt2 bumper for under $2K I think someone just made a typo and added an extra 9 without realizing. Good for a laugh though

According to Rami who retrofitted a GT2 bumper to his 997TT, it's much more involved than just swapping out the front bumpers. Apparently you'd have to swap out the inner bumper piece, the intercoolers, tubings, etc.
I found the other auctions by Wicked and looks like raiyu is correct...they added one too many digits. Also, they want $12k for the rear wing too! Crazy if you ask me. I'm wondering if this is the OEM part or a fiberglass replica that they're selling. The description says that the vents are OEM but doesn't say anything about the rest of the bumper being OEM as well. Might be just another "wicked" creation.

Looks like they've since then fixed the pricing. I've been talking to Wicked about this bumper and it looks like it's a reproduction of the OEM bumper. I'm double checking to see if this type will work with the 997TT without replacing the internals. I'm also checking to see if they're the same weight, etc since their version is fiberglass.
If its made out of fiberglass, I would not even think about touching it or trying to install it on a car. The plastic bumper gives you the opportunity to align it properly, Porsche front bumpers do not simply slide off and on they need to be lightly pulled sideways as well. If it is made of fiberglass you are standing a great chance of cracking the paint when installing it.
I would wait for the replacements from Porsche to come out.
