hi guys. i am seriously having a hard time deciding between a 430 scuderia and a 599 GTB. the price difference is very small and the 599 has a lot more horsepower and it even has a longer waiting period......

BUT the 430 scuderia is more like a race car and is better in handling. i actually went in to buy it but the dealer is somehow trying to convince me to get the 599. The waiting period is around the same for both cars.

i LOVE the scuderia but the 599 does sound tempting with its power.....and the scuderia does look, handle, and sound better as some people say. the dealer also said that the scuderia is like being in a racing cockpit and is thrilling the whole time but the 599 only sounds better after 3000 rpm.
i already have a turbo and need another car that is fun and exotic and is super fun to drive

 

I would go with the 599 thats a great looking car.

Remember when everyone bought a Testarossa when the 288GTO became available for the same price? Now I wonder how those original buyers must feel with their $60K vs. $1MM rides.

Plus Mark Gene helped develop the 599 and Schumacher got Scud duty.

 

The 599 is a great car, it's very tempting, but I would choose the Scuderia.
