Gormon,
Great job on the lights! I like the lights.
I have a black 007tt and I really don't like the fact that the turbo air intakes on the rear fenders do not show much. Can you work on a picture with a the side turbo air intakes a slightly different color? Like maybe seal gray or basalt black.
tx!

Yep.
Upgrade value > cost of upgrade + driving smiles lost while car is in the shop.
Else, don't do it.

Anyone have a wiring diagram to convert the controller box to the 997 tail lights? I have the tail lights, the controller box. I am not sure if there is a harness to buy that connects the old tail light plug into the new led tail lights or if I have to make my own wire harness.

You dont need new wiring harness the plug on the new light will plug into the existing harness. There is a lug on the light connector that need cutting off first.

there are 2 pins that need moving on front module as well. pin B14 to B34 & pin B6 to B21 these are for the rear indictors you must get them to check wiring diagram for year car and the new module. it may be the same for the 08 i cannot say for sure.

To add Gen 2 LED.s to a Gen 1 Turbo you need the following:
1) 2009 Turbo front control unit ( 2 PINS connectors will required moving)
2) Gen 2 rear control unit ( no wiring changes)
3) 2no rear Gen LED lights (double check existing PIN connection on harness plug)
4) A Porsche dealer to activate LEDs on front & rear control units
