Are those for 07 turbo's? Prices are really coming down, but there's a pretty wide gap in pricing there.

 

Theres 08's going for a few bucks over 100. So it makes sense wholesale on 07's is in the high 70s'

I will be shopping manheim, but there's only about 1 per auction, and they have higher miles.

 

I've seen 08s coming down to about 100,000. Can we ge some prices on 08s if they are even at the auctions. And an update on 07 prices next friday too please!

It's really pretty sick to see how low the prices have dropped on the 997TT. The resale market is rediculously turbulent. I was just shopping for a 997TT for a client today and i'm advising him to wait a month or two more for better pricing. One of the things we're seeing now is margin on resale for these cars. There are SOOO many independant and OEMS that are upside down or close to upside down in 997TT 07 and 08 cars that they are totally willing to sell at wholesale or less (at times) just to get out of the hardware. Bottom line, the same cars that are selling at auction can be found for almost the same price via Autotrader, ebay or comparable. From a business standpoint, i can't buy 80 or 90K cars to make maybe $2000 if lucky. Can make more money in T-notes ;D. We usually buy from Porsche financial lanes as they're off lease or trade in cars and typically have books, spare keys and service records and have usually been taken pretty decent care of but there just isn't any significant volume of cars/options out there- any dealer with one of these cars can't stomach losing their A$$ at auction so they discount and discount again on the lot. Great time to buy for sure if you have ready cash or credit. It sucks when you paid full retail for sure. It's still the finest piece of hardware on the market so enjoy it for now- try not to worry about the resale
