I think the price you are offered is great for a Cab.
but your miles are lower than this one though. more than twice.
That is probably a little high considering the market right now. If it is your perfect car (color, options, etc.) then I would keep negotiating. If not, keep looking. There are quite a few new 2008 cabs sitting on dealer lots - you might be able to get one from a motivated dealer for close to that price.
That is a used car priced way too high . You can get a new one in the 120's in my region. Local P car dealership has a few 08 leftover cabs . They have used ones too but on a car like this I would buy it new UNLES i knew the previous owner .
Now I do know one previous owner's car in Norcal . Been sitting on a lot for months with an ask price which is too too high for an 07 and its a manual .

Please do the following :
1) Call multiple authorized Porsche dealerships .This is important because a used car has a CPO program which protects you in case of maintenance issues .
I'll be glad to give you two in my region just to ask questions if you have any. One has cars that that i am certain of. However - In the washington area there are a few 6speeders . Maybe they can provide a referral close you you . (see Northwest section if they miss this thread) .
2) Ask any where you buy a used car to provide a full DME scan to show engine over rev history. (if you opt for a manual transmision) .
3) Look at the 08 lefover inventory. A new car in the 120's IS a NEW car with no miles, no history, and hopefully no issues. It's not much higher than your price .
4) Plus there are some "must have" options . I can list a few if you wish and others can add to the list so that whatever car you buy is just right --right out of the gate.
A car over 100K is a large purchase and you really deserve some level of comfort knowing that you have peace of mind.
The car may be a great car but buying it from a Toyota dealership rules out a CPO and whatever you save now might get spent later.

i wanna it to be a perfect car!
- 640-Sport Chrono - don't buy one without this option, period
- 450-PCCB - good arguments both for and against but I like them
- 220-Axle-Differential Lock Rear - more important at the track, can be added later but fairly costly
- XCZ-Sport Shifter - shifts are so buttery smooth I don't know why this is not standard, can be added later
- P01-Adaptive Sport Seats - some of the best seats in any car
Here are what I think is important:

Ok I will comment and add .
1) Sport Chrono is a MUST.
2) I oppose PCCB -Had them on my first 997S and loved them however they are not worth 8K . They great but not that great . Also when upgrading to high Hp both the steel brakes and PCCB are designed for a stock car . At 700HP I needed better.
3) Axle Lock -This is NOT available on Tiptronics at all . None have it .
Only 1/2 the manuals have it . It's a great option but if searching for a car don't let its absence be a deal breaker .
4) Sport Shifter = Must have
4) Sports Adaptive seats --depends on body size . I even prefer the new Sport Bucket seats which are smaller but I am 5'9 and 150 lbs . I fit .
Sports adaptive can hold a person larger comfortably up to around 250 lbs and about 6 4'. but if a larger or wider the regular seats would be better.
Rember Porsche in 08 had 12% front end profit and 3% holdback..15% mark up...no money back though. Check the original MSRP. You are paying 85% of $140k...so dont buy it if the MSRP is less then that. And at that point you are just paying net net and could get a new one for that.
Also, Avg Manheim on a 2008 Turbo Cab is low $100-110k range
