What the hell were they doing????
That wasn't filmed in the US was it?
That's gotta be the dumbest contest ever. The guy went into several turns in a row WAY too hot. Didn't even look like he knew the roads he was driving on, or had any type of skill driving. Looks like he got suckered into competing against a car with a more knowledgeable and experienced driver with a fast car.
The GT-R driving had red mist written all over it.

Apparently it was here in so-cal... apparently the evo driver posted it up on Socalevo.net but the thread was erased... (no street racing talk allowed over there).

Yah man waaaay too hot on those corners looked wet too. Idiocy at its worse I was chuckling the whole way through.
Track lessons should be a requirement on these cars not that I'm good by any means but learning how to drive at high speeds makes me a better driver on public roads

you said it...
super car (if you can call it that) doesn't equal super driver...
He is lucky he did not find out the hard way whats on the other side of that wall.
Following someone and not paying attention to the road was bad enough, doing this on the public roads....at night, well, that goes without saying.

I can't really say I blame him though, at 20 yrs old if your parents would buy you a fast car would you have turned it down??
If you say no you are lying.
Also at 20 yrs old, if someone challenged you in what seemed like a lesser car would you have turned it down? I doubt it.
Parent's soley to blame here, young kid with lots ot testosterone flowing given a nice shiny car and not taught how to drive it. Not his fault because he wasn't prepared for what he got into. I've done some stupid things in cars because I got them really young, I was just blessed not to have anything bad happen from those idiotic moments. So I can't say I blame the kid, most of us has done stuff similarly as stupid.

That really bites, I bet he has 20/20 hindsight, to have not done what he did or to have been more careful. He should have had an inclination to stop after he had to correct himself the first few times but I feel he let his pride get the best of him. You pay to play.
