power to weight is a very simple formula that does not discriminate by brand or by $.

Tomerville is infamous around these parts

Gearing limited is ~180ish. That being said, no stock or turbo-back tuned Evo will get up there. Maxing out gearing with that brick of a front end will take lots of HP.

I have a Tiptronic 997TT and Evo X SST
The X already modified to 450HP, so on paper it should be as fast as stock TT
In driving the TT has so much bottom end, seem that the X boost 2000rpm later, the TT feel much much more faster. This is with the X stock turbo. In order to get over 500HP on the X you shoul change the turbo, which makes the turbo spool much later than the stock turbo X. The displacement difference can not lie (3.6 vs. 2L). The TT is so much better for daily driving compared to the X.
Also the dual clutch SST has low HP limit. My 450Hp X overheat all the time, on some occasion it is going to the limp mode I have to reset to the workshop. Maybe 350HP is the most the stock tranny can handle.
