Hey guys,

I'm looking to change the headers on my 997tt, it has modded VTG's with plenty of other stuff, but i'm in need of a better throttle response with better spool while not losing at high rpm. I did some research and got 3 brands which seems to be the top 3; GMG - AWE - Switzer .

Which one would you recommend more and why? I'd be glad to hear your personal opinions and experiences.

Well, I know gmg has a big ALMS racing program, check 'em out!

 

I know that you are asking other forum users, but I just wanted to drop a note.

If you have modded VTG's like we do, the headers are a must. I would like to suggest ours.

Quick correction about the GMG boys.

Acutally they runs in Speed World Challenge GT with WC spec Cup Cars. That is different then the ALMS. Speed WC is often a support race for the ALMS series though.

Also, in the ALMS they run Cup RSR's which are far different then a standard Cup.

Well, you can add rolex series/ grand am to that list, plus I believe they ran a car with F-L at 12hrs of sebring (alms)...but this thread is about headers. I'm sure gmg can chime in on their own.
But, I agree if you're flashing a car, get some headers.
