had a set of techarts springs installed one side is 5mm higher than other will it settle

 

Doubt it, modern steel springs dont actually settle based on my own personal experience. The last springs I have installed on my cars did not change one bit after install - at leat after measurement at the 8,000m mark.

Did you measure it before install? Maybe it was off from the factory. Did you install yourself of professional? Could be a few reasons.

 

drivers side is 4-5mm higher is that normal it was done in a shop same time as exhaust

 

it is probably level with the driver in it, which is the way it should be for proper corner balance
